How do I return an item?
Please download and complete the returns form.
Returns must be shipped to SOLITO within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. Once SOLITO has received your return, all items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
SOLITO reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by SOLITO will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by SOLITO. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If this will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any items to SOLITO in order to organise alternative arrangements.
If this is not done prior to your return being sent back, any issues which may arise with refunds to the original account are completely out of our control and SOLITO will not be held accountable.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to SOLITO. SOLITO will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting us at email@example.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
Do I have to pay for shipping my return?
Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for our order as well as the return shipping cost.
What if my item is faulty?
We are sorry if you have received your order and the item is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process and attach photos of the fault along with the returns form. Depending on stock availability we will replace the item or issue a refund upon receiving the faulty item back.
What if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an item you did not order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this for you.
How will I be refunded?
You will be refunded back through your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We are unable to hold stock for an exchange. If you would like a different size or item we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund of the product you no longer want.
