How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Shipping within Australia?

$10 flat rate express shipping

All orders are sent via Express Post. Delivery time is typically 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. When your order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with your tracking number. 

Shipping Internationally?

$30 flat rate shipping.

What payment methods are accepted?

Are the items in my cart reserved?

No. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

My order was lost?!

The risk of loss of goods is passed to you upon delivery of your items. For all deliveries you authorise to be left at your specified address without requiring a signature SOLITO will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or liability as a result.

How do I return an item?

Return approval must be requested from SOLITO within 14 days of the shipping confirmation. All returns must be approved by us prior to the return.

When returning goods ensure that you enclose a copy of your receipt and clearly mark on the outside of the package that it is a return.
Any returns received without approval may be denied at the discretion of SOLITO.

Do I have to pay for shipping my return?

Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for our order as well as the return shipping cost.

What if my item is faulty?

We are sorry if you have received your order and the item is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process and attach photos of the fault along with the returns form. Depending on stock availability we will replace the item or issue a refund upon receiving the faulty item back.

What if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an item you did not order please email us at info@solitoclothing.com.au so we can resolve this for you.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded back through your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to hold stock for an exchange. If you would like a different size or item we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund of the product you no longer want.

Where is SOLITO designed and made?

SOLITO is designed in Brisbane QLD Australia. All of our collections are produced in India.
